The 23 retail/restaurant units have been designed and laid out to current retailer requirements and demand.

All the units would be serviced from the rear and basement.

The units would vary in size from 75sq m (807 sq ft) to 312 sq m (3,358 sq ft).

Most of the units would sit either side of a much more spacious retail promenade, on average 9m (30 ft) wide compared to the existing 6m (20 ft) width.
