183 apartments above on four floors to meet housing need (to include a proportion of ‘affordable rent’ in line with Tandridge planning policy).
23 high quality retail units with a reimagined and grander entrance to the shopping centre on Station Avenue.
New ‘family dining’ restaurants and a new three screen cinema.
Improvements to the car park including up to 118 extra parking spaces.
A public square at the heart of the proposed scheme with a revitalised and landscaped Church Walk
streetscape. There would also be a new pedestrian access from the public square directly onto Church Walk.
